01. Information we collect.

Vitranova collects only the information needed to respond to commercial inquiries and operate the website.

We collect contact details you submit through the quote form, the contact form, the trade program application, and any other web form. These include your name, company, role, email, phone, ship-to location, project type, square footage, target timeline, and any free-text message or uploaded file you attach.
We collect technical data automatically when you visit the site. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
We do not collect biometric, financial, or government identification information through the website.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver service, and maintain the site.

Inquiry response. We use submission data to prepare quotes, send samples, ship product, and coordinate logistics.
Service operations. We use technical data to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve the site.

We operate in the United States and India. Your data may move between these jurisdictions to deliver service.

Vitranova Surfaces is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Rogers, Minnesota. Some processing is conducted by our partners in India.
Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other recognised transfer mechanisms.

Vitranova does not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.

The website is a B2B service for commercial buyers. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact privacy@vitranovasurfaces.com and we will delete it.

We update this document when our practices change. We log every revision.
