Four steps from finish board to spec sheet.
Most studios reach the Vitranova specification through the same path. Here is what it looks like, and how long each step takes.

Find the visual language.
Use the Browse by Visual Language grid above to identify the collection family that fits the project. Most studios start with one or two candidates.

SAMPLE
Order to the studio.
Request up to six samples per project. We ship overnight in the United States. Samples arrive in a labelled set ready for the finish board.

SPECIFY
Drop into the binder.
Download datasheet, CAD blocks, and BIM family. Drop them into the project specification. The Vitranova SKU and the spec language are designed to slot in without rewriting.

DELIVERY
We coordinate with the GC.
Once specified, we work directly with the general contractor on container logistics, lead time, and last-mile delivery. The studio stays informed, not operational.

The Sample Program
Samples that arrive ready for the finish board.
Each sample ships in a labelled cotton pouch with the SKU, format, finish, and the lot identifier. The contents are designed to drop directly into a project finish board without re-labelling.
Sample Set Contents
Per request, per project.
- 1.Up to six 4 × 4 in porcelain or vitrified swatches.
- 2.One 12 × 12 in mosaic sheet (where applicable).
- 3.A printed swatch card listing the SKU, format, finish, and lot identifier.
- 4.A printed mini datasheet per SKU with PEI, DCOF, and water absorption.
- 5.A folded cotton pouch holding the set, branded with the Vitranova mark.
How to Order
Two routes, the same fulfilment.
Route one. Submit the sample form on the catalog page with the studio address, the SKUs you want, and a project reference. Most studios use this route for individual requests.
Route two. Register your studio with Vitranova. Registered studios skip the form and request samples directly through their account. We hold your shipping address and your project history.
After You Receive Them
Keep them. Use them. Specify them.
Vitranova samples are yours to keep. They are labelled with the lot identifier, so a re-order against the same lot is possible up to twelve months later. Use them on finish boards, in client presentations, and as physical references during specification. Return is not required.
